Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

The following duties and responsibilities are considered essential functions of this position:

 

1. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming, professional, and helpful environment for visitors, staff, and other guests.

2. Build positive relationships and establish rapport with visitors, staff, and other individuals encountered in the course of work.

3. Create an outstanding visitor experience by warmly greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and providing assistance as needed.

4. Demonstrate a friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality, along with strong active-listening and interpersonal skills.

5. Maintain a professional, responsible, dependable, and service-oriented approach at all times.

6. Receive, sort, distribute, and process incoming mail and packages on a daily basis.

7. Maintain the front office, lobby, and coffee cart areas in a clean, organized, and presentable condition.

8. Monitor coffee and hospitality supplies and restock the coffee cart and related areas as needed.

9. Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, document organization, and other office support activities.

10. Manage scheduling, email correspondence, incoming phone calls, and other routine communications in a timely and professional manner.

11. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel.

3. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Strong customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

6. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and maintain a professional demeanor in a busy office environment.

Experience & Education
