1. Provide responsibility and accountability for all monetary instruments, i.e., Cash, and all transactions.
2. Managing reservations and creating bookings if necessary
3. Checking in and out customers
4. Register guests through 3er party booking systems
5. Answering phones, giving directions to the campground and other enterprises
6. Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers in a friendly manner
7. Use several different software applications and electronic equipment to process, track, report, and balance transactions.
8. Counting/balancing cash and transactional instruments at the end of the shift, reporting any variances to the manager and/or assistant manager.
9. Applies positive communication and interpersonal skills with guests (internal and external).
10. Assist guests with questions and/or concerns
11. Clean office work areas/sweep and mop
12. Performs all duties in accordance with approved policies, procedures, and Tribal Internal Controls.
13. Maintains a neat & professional appearance in accordance with HR policy.
14. Always maintain confidentiality.
15. Other duties as assigned, as duties and responsibilities may be changed, expanded, reduced, or deleted to meet the company’s business needs.
16. Stocking, facing, cleaning, and promoting of retail goods.
