The following duties are considered essential for this job classification:

3. Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance

5. Perform scheduled landscaping duties and trash removal.
6. Perform scheduled and unplanned maintenance and cleaning of bathrooms, toilets, and showers.
7. Clean camping areas and amenities
8. Maintain the plumbing, toilets, paint, doors, windows, and all other aspects of buildings, bathrooms, offices, and all related facilities.
9. Maintain and repair BBQ grills in designated areas.
10. Treat customers and coworkers in a friendly and courteous manner.
11. Comply with Personnel Policies and procedures.
12. Keep team and work areas clean and stocked.
13. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
14. Report any unattended campfires report any suspicious activity.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.

3. Must have a cheerful and pleasant demeanor.
4. Must have a neat and clean appearance.
5. Must have a valid CA driver’s license and a clean DMV record.
6. Must be dependable and flexible.

8. Dedication to the safety and well-being of customers and team members is essential for working nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts.
9. No felony convictions. (La Jolla Tribal members may be exempt depending on the seriousness of the offense).
10. Must have strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills.
11. Must be able to work alone and as part of a team.
12. Must maintain an excellent work attendance history.
13. Must be able to work in the United States of America legally.
14. Must be detail-oriented and possess organizational skills.
15. Must have good communication skills, both oral and written.
16. Ability to maintain visual attention and mental concentration needed to perform assigned duties in highly disruptive conditions.
17. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation and obtain and maintain a gaming license.
