The La Jolla Band of Luiseño Indians is requesting proposals from qualified grant writers or grant consulting firms to provide federal grant writing and technical assistance services. The selected consultant will support the Tribe in pursuing federal funding opportunities, including HUD (IHBG), DOI/BIA, DOT, and FEMA grants.

Proposals must be received no later than Monday, April 6, 2026, by 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than Monday, March 30, 2026, by 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time.
