End User & Systems Support
· Provide advanced on-site and remote technical support for staff
· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues
· Image, deploy, configure, and maintain Windows laptops and peripherals
· Support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
Identity, Device & Cloud Management
· Manage user accounts, groups, and access in Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
· Assist with endpoint management using Intune (enrollment, compliance, policies)
· Support MFA, password resets, and access issues
· Maintain accurate device and user documentation
Network & Infrastructure Support
· Perform intermediate network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VLANs, switches, cabling)
· Assist with network equipment, access points, and basic firewall troubleshooting
· Support printers, scanners, cameras, and other network-connected devices
Security & Compliance Support
· Assist with cybersecurity best practices and enforcement of security policies
· Monitor and respond to endpoint alerts and suspicious activity
· Assist with patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation
· Escalate and document security incidents as required
Operations & Process Improvement
· Document systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
· Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and technology rollouts
· Work with vendors and service providers as needed
· Identify opportunities to improve reliability, security, and user experience
Willingness and ability to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and Tribal financial regulations, as well as internal policies.
· 2–5 years of professional IT support or systems support experience
· Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 in an enterprise environment
· Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
· Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Experience with Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), or Active Directory
· Working knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, Wi-Fi)
· Familiarity with cybersecurity tools or endpoint protection platforms
· Experience supporting regulated or security-conscious environments
· IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus
Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred.
· Experience with Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), or Active Directory
· Working knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, Wi-Fi)
· Familiarity with cybersecurity tools or endpoint protection platforms
· Experience supporting regulated or security-conscious environments
