Specialized Technical & Slope Operations
1. Precision Excavator Operation: Serve as the lead operator for specialized excavator work on steep, unstable mountainside terrain and high-consequence slopes.
2. Enterprise Engineering: Lead the technical restoration and maintenance of gravity-fed trails, jumps, and specialized features to ensure rider safety and revenue protection.
3. Infrastructure Management: Direct and perform routine and emergency maintenance of the septic, water, and utility systems for the Campground and Bike Park.
4. Road & Access Maintenance: Oversee precision grading of campground roads and access paths to ensure safe transit for RVs and emergency vehicles.
5. Environmental Mitigation: Manage hazardous tree removal, brush clearing, and erosion control within the enterprise boundaries.
Team Leadership & Administration
1. Team Supervision: Direct and supervise maintenance staff and trail workers, prioritizing daily tasks to ensure minimal disruption to guest operations.
2. Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Work alongside Adventure Park Managers to maintain a productive working relationship and coordinate shared resources.
3. Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols for all equipment operations and facility repairs to mitigate liability and meet insurance standards.
4. Operational Reporting: Maintain detailed logs for equipment servicing, facility safety audits, and septic system compliance for EDA review.

2. Specialized Construction Experience: Specific experience in the maintenance of specialized bike park features (jumps, berms, and wooden structures) where soil stability is paramount.
3. Infrastructure Knowledge: Practical experience with septic system maintenance, technical road grading, and mountainside land management.
4. Leadership & Command: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate with other department heads in high-pressure environments.
5. Driver’s license.
