1. Oversee daily campground operations, including front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, guest services, and amenities.
2. Hire, train, and manage property-level staff to ensure a best-in-class guest experience.
3. Monitor and analyze property performance; manage budgets, staffing, and capital improvement projects.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, licensing requirements, and operational standards.
5. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and local authorities for maintenance, landscaping, and equipment needs.
6. Evaluate opportunities for portfolio enhancement and support growth initiatives.
7. Be able to work with other tribal departments as needed
8. Create and follow SOPs
9. Assist and implement a feasibility study
10. Develop a 5yr plan
11. Assist in emergency response as needed

1. 5+ years of experience in hospitality, property management, or multi-site operations; campground/RV experience is a strong plus.
2. Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills.
3. Proven track record in budget management, team leadership, and guest service excellence.
4. Comfortable working on-site daily and occasionally traveling to regional properties.
5. Self-starter with strong problem-solving and organizational disciplines.
6. Ability to work weekends, holidays.
7. Experience with conflict management techniques is beneficial for addressing visitor concerns effectively.
8. Must have a pleasant attitude.
9. Must be dependable and dedicated.
10. Must have a valid California Driver’s License.
11. Must be able to hike in rough terrain.
